Innovation applied to workspaces is combined with the rebranding and digitalization of a company linked to the Credem Group, of which this intervention defines the pilot project
Credem Avvera Ospizio
location: Reggio Emilia, Italy
client: Avvera - Credem Group
status: 2019 Built
collaborators: Alessandro Molesini, Daniela Conti
program: Restyling guided by smart and activity based working principles
Avvera, the new company of Credem Group, was born strongly oriented towards innovation also in terms of communication and image. The new headquarters have been defined entirely according to the logic and the principles of smart working and activity based working, in this case pushing strongly towards free workstations with a management system for booking workplaces which encourages their rotation. The refreshment area and relaxation areas are integrated into the work areas, creating strong integration and breaking the usual patterns and layouts that clearly separate the different areas. The goal is to encourage shared, collaborative, informal and innovative ways of working. The service blocks and other functional spaces inside the large open space are entirely treated as writable surfaces, while the large meeting room located in a central position close to the reception area is entirely defined with polycarbonate panels that allow to glimpse inside, while a led lighting system makes it opalescent, like a large lantern visible at night from the facing via Emilia.
