Located near main station area in Modena, a new building with a strong iconic character, that welcomes living areas, offices and spaces for events. In addition to a conference room and two floors for executive offices, on the last floor there is a block of flats with a rooftop used as a loggia. The iconic shape of the building is given by the micro-perforated bronze corrugated sheet that gives to the building a strong internal-external interaction that characterizes all the floors extending the interior spaces in a visual continuity onto the district. In the ground floor there is a refreshment area linked to the conference hall between a triple volume filter space, where there are stairs and elevators, allowing direct access to the offices and housing above.
